However, a relatively small chain turned out to offer endless issues at late stages, so much so it became very difficult to believe the chain would ever complete.

I have absolutely no doubt that without Dave Whale’s constant intervention, communication to all parties with updates and frank (whilst professional ) talking to us all, completion would never have been realised.
