Where do I begin? I cannot thank everyone at Simply Green enough for everything they have done during my sale and purchase.

I started my sale with Dom who was so kind and friendly, completely understanding of my situation. When I went on to accept an offer and start a purchase I was then liaising with Dave who was equally as lovely. The process was so stressful for me personally due to my circumstances but the whole team went above and beyond to keep myself and everyone in my chain happy. I’m almost going to miss our weekly telephone calls because by the end of this we felt like friends! I would recommend Simply Green to anybody and I would definitely use them in future without a doubt.

This is our second time using Simply Green, on selling and buying our property and I can honestly say I would not use another agent. Simply Green are professional and friendly, they are patient when times become very stressful and let’s be honest that can happen a lot when buying and selling properties. In fact saved the sale by explaining to buyer what the conveyancer didn’t, therefore allowing us in the chain to proceed to exchange. The communication is excellent viewings are conducted professionally and efficiently and their support through the process is excellent. Vicki was exceptional doing her best to keep everyone calm in a difficult chain communicating well with all parties and solicitors so everyone knew what was going on.
