Steve Green - Director   

I started in Estate Agency in 1999 and I have over 20 years experience, in selling property, in Teignbridge & the surrounding areas.

I started Simply Green in 2021, during the COVID-19 worldwide pandemic.

Having time away from the industry gave me time to think and to re evaluate what I wanted to do with my life. During this time, many clients, past & present, contacted me directly to ask advice about the housing market.

This is when the vision for Simply Green took place.

I felt that the time had come to branch out on my own, to use my skills and to truly deliver my knowledge of the area, gained over the past 20+ years, as well as to give customers the very best service. I look forward to working alongside new clients as well as past clients.

  Mark Sweet - Branch Manager   

Mark is a passionate, results-driven Sales Manager/Director with over 30 years of experience in the property industry. Mark brings a wealth of knowledge across both second-hand residential sales and the New Homes sector, where he’s spent the last 18 years honing his expertise. Having worked at both manager and director level, he understands the market inside out and knows exactly what it takes to lead successful, high-performing teams. He’s known for his eye for detail, strong focus on process, and—most importantly—his compassionate, people-first leadership style. A true team player with a strong customer service ethic, Mark is also highly experienced in managing a changing market and supporting his teams through it.

  Vicki Eyre - Office Manager   

Vicki has worked with Steve for many years in the industry. Her work ethic is fantastic and shows a real passion for what she does. She always goes above the call of duty and genuinely cares about the clients she meets and helps move.Vicki has also lived in Teignbridge her whole life and enjoys spending time with her family at the coast or Dartmoor. That’s when she is not travelling the length of the UK or even Europe to support her son racing at a BMX Championship!

  Cameron Pinder - Valuer   

Cameron has lived in Devon all his life and now lives in Sherford, with family connections to the Newton Abbot and surrounding areas. Cameron has worked in Estate agency since May 2023 for a national agency.He started his career in estate agency as a trainee sales negotiator, working his way to senior negotiator and then onto a valuer/lister.Cameron loves meeting clients and providing the best customer service.In his personal time, he likes to travel and find new, adventurous journeys to go on.

  Dave Whale - Sales Manager   

Dave has worked in estate agency for nearly 10 years. He is Teignbridge born and bred, having grown up in Postbridge and Widecombe on Dartmoor.

He has worked for two local independent agencies in Newton Abbot, being very hands-on and helping many people move over this time.

Dave prides himself on customer service, being honest and helping achieve vendors the best price from the best placed buyer.

He also values properties and has listed many homes in the local area.

His local knowledge is second to none!

  Jessica Wilcock - Negotiator   

Jessica joined us in June 2024 from a local agency as we looked to grow our already successful team.Jessica is a conscientious, hardworking, hands on person who has already made waves in the local market, agreeing many sales and has recently exchange on her first sale at an asking price of nearly £700,000.Jess currently lives in Dawlish with her partner and enjoys walks along the coast and the surrounding areas.

  Alishia Hall - Negotiator   

Alishia joined Simply Green in April 2024 and has lived in Newton Abbot all her life.She has taken to Estate Agency like a duck to water, agreeing many sales already and is constantly eager to lean and progress within the property industry.In her spare time, she likes to visit the cinema and enjoys travelling.

  Katie Green - Operations Manager   

The gel that makes the team stick!Katie Joined the team and her husband Steve in November 2021, after working for a large local company for 20 years. She is the deliverer of the ideas that we design and a real support mechanism for the company and the team.Katie has a real passion for the local community and businesses in the local area and believes that we should all help each other at any time.She has designed and implemented many ideas over her time with the company, from our local tote completion bags, branded jackets, gilets, umbrellas and many local events including Abbfest Festival.

  Hugo - The Office Dog   

Hugo or as he is known….Hugo Boss!Hugo joined the team in May 2022 and visits the office on a Wednesday and Thursday. Many clients have loved meeting him and often bring him treats. Just be prepared to be licked!
